With the COVID-19 virus, USPS is experiencing delayed shipping times and a delay in updating their tracking information. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us or a USPS near you.
Shipping Methods
Hair by Jay ships through USPS First Class.
Standard USPS First Class Price | $5
Standard USPS First Class Shipping | 1-3 Business Days
We ship internationally.
Please note this does not include the 3-5 business day processing.
Domestic orders over $35 will receive free shipping.
Shipment Tracking
You may track your order on the SHOP app powered by Shopify, or by clicking on the USPS link sent to your email. If you haven’t received an email, please contact us to further assist you.
Altering Shipping Addresses
Shipping addresses may be changed if the order has not been processed yet. If your order has been shipped to the wrong address due to a misspelling you must contact us and you will be charged $5 to curate a new shipping label.
Lost / Stolen Packages
If you have reason to believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us for further assistance.
Returns
Hair by Jay does not offer returns. If you’ve received an order that was damaged on it’s way to you, please send us an email along with the picture of the faulty product.
