A: Our products can be used by both men and women of all hair textures and porosity. 

Q: What makes the Elongating Elixir different from other growth oils?

A: HAIR by Jayla's Elongating Elixir has been cultivated through intensive research and testing. The CEO chose every single ingredient in our Elixir to stimulate hair follicles, hydrate the hair strands and seal ends. Our Elongating Elixir contains all natural ingredients that are hand-made, as opposed to wholesale,  to ensure each 1oz bottle is handled with care. Q: What are the benefits of Elongating Elixir?

A: Our Elongating Elixir contains all natural oils that balance the scalp’s natural balance, moisturize and prevent dry scalp, ease dandruff, increase circulation, promote strength, stimulate hair growth, ease psoriasis, generate and heal hair follicles, prevents itching and more. Our elixir contains peppermint oil which leaves the scalp feeling refreshed.

Q: How do I apply the Elongating Elixir?

A: Part hair into four sections and apply Elixir all over the scalp. Massage oil onto the scalp to further stimulate hair growth.

Q: My scalp feels refreshed and tingly. Is this normal?

A: YES! The tingling you feel is due to the Peppermint oil which is infused into our Elixir. The oil promotes hair growth, but it also contains menthol which leaves the scalp feeling refreshed and adds to the HAIR by Jay experience. 

Q: How often should I apply the Elongating Elixir?

A: Depending on your comfortability, you can apply the Elixir once or twice a day for 1x-4x weekly. 

Q: When should I expect results from the Elongating Elixir?

A: Everyone’s hair is different and results may vary. An estimated time frame in which one may begin to see results from our Elongating Elixir is 2-3 weeks. 

Q: Can I return my product if I am dissatisfied with the  results or no longer want the product?

A: HAIR by Jayla does not offer refunds. If your product was damaged throughout transit, an exchange may be issued with a photo of the damaged or defective product. 

Q: What is the shelf life of the Elongating Elixir?

A: The shelf life of our Elixir is 12 months.
